(Venue is landscaped and includes ceremony area with (8) bench seating, ceremony platform with arbor, 2 portable restrooms, 10-6ft round tables, 56 event chairs. 20×40 raised platform grassed reception area, 2 small changing cabins, covered DJ booth, 2 handwashing stations, large lawn area, small fire pit with rustic stump seating for 6, electrical outlets powered by 2 super quiet generators, and at least 1 property caretaker available at all times.)

Please note that there is a 2-hour minimum on all A La Carte options.

Outdoor Venue $370/hr.
Changing Cabins: $75/hr
In-House Photography: $200/hr.
DIY BBQ Area: $200 (flat fee)
DJ Services: $150/hr.
20×40 Party Tent:*Peak Season - $600 (flat fee)
10×20 Party Tent:*Peak Season - $300 (flat fee)
Generator run time: $30/hr.
ADA Porta Potty (Wheelchair Accessible - (Outside Rental): *$250 - cost subject to change.
