(Venue includes ceremony area with (8) bench seating, ceremony platform with arbor, 2 portable restrooms, 10-6ft round tables, 56 event chairs. 20×40 raised platform grassed reception area, 2 small changing cabins, covered DJ booth, 2 handwashing stations, large lawn area, small fire pit with rustic stump seating for 6, electrical outlets powered by 2 super quiet generators, and at least 1 property caretaker available at all times.)
